Terms of sale and delivery


The sale of a product you wish to order through the web site will take effect when you have completed the order process and have made the payment of the sale price. This price is listed next to the product on the website at the time your order is completed. Federal and provincial sales taxes are in addition to the sales price. Product payment is by Visa or Master Card using PayPal or Stripe secure payment system.

If the product ordered is not available at the time of shipping, Tremac inc. will notify you by e-mail. You will then have the choice : i) to cancel the sale, in which case Tremac inc. will refund in full the price paid or (ii) replace the product.

Shipping and delivery


Shipping costs are included for each order. Deadlines are 2 to 7 business days, depending on the region when the delivery is made within the province of Quebec. Shipping is limited to Canadian territory and US territory.

When you place an order, a confirmation email from Tremac inc. will be sent to the e-mail address provided at time of purchase, within 24 hours. To receive this email, you must have paid your purchase via Stripe and have received a confirmation from them. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at info @tremac.ca. Items are shipped subject to availability, as stock is not guaranteed when ordering. Processing of orders placed during statutory holidays may incur a slight delay.

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the product description, price and billing details and, if necessary, correcting any error or inaccuracy. If this is impossible for you to do, you must promptly notify Tremac inc. by e-mail to info@tremac.ca.

In addition, you declare that the personal information provided to Tremac inc. for billing in order to complete the purchase is accurate. You also represent and warrant that you are the rightful owner of the credit card used to pay the retail price and taxes on any product purchased.

We recommend that you print a copy of the confirmation email in order to check that the information on the purchase confirmation message is accurate and recheck your order.
